Author, The Authenticity Spectrum™

I've spent 20+ years building digital platforms that started as problems and ended up as market leaders.

The Authenticity Spectrum™ explores what brand actually demands in the AI era - how you turn data and instinct into frameworks that others (including AI) can use, who stewards the brand at the level machines can't reach, and how you measure creative ROI when the old attribution models fall apart.

It's the same "why" that's always driven me - lineage. What's the thought process behind a decision? What gets lost when nobody bothers capturing it. These aren't theoretical problems. I watched them play out in production, at enterprise scale, for a decade.

The constant isn't the companies. It's always the same problem: something with real potential that nobody's bothered to unlock yet. And the conviction that it's worth doing. I know what conviction looks like (opens in a new tab) and I know I'm built to help (opens in a new tab).

Where I've Built the Answer

My work has given me a front-row seat to a slow-burn problem. It's not slow anymore. AI can enforce a brand. It cannot be a brand. And as AI adoption accelerates through the content supply chain - generating, repurposing, and scaling at speeds no team can review - most companies won't notice the difference until it shows up in the numbers.

What I Believe

All Core Beliefs

Everything starts with The Human in the Room: AI as enforcer of human-defined guardrails, not author of brand expression. The rest follows from it.

How I Work With AI

I use AI every day as a working partner, and I measure it like a product. AI is a force multiplier, but it doesn't replace critical thinking, and the receipts prove it.
